Terms of use

MomentumX Trade is a store for indicators, EA robots, chart templates, tick data, and signal groups. We sell software you run yourself, and information you read yourself. We do not trade your account, hold your funds, or manage money on your behalf.

Listing and prices are public. Opening a product, joining a group, buying, and downloading files need a session. Sign in is email and a password, Google if that option is shown, or a single-use email link. Password accounts must verify the inbox before a session is created. You are responsible for the inbox and the password you use to sign in.

A software product is a file or set of files, such as an MT5 indicator, an EA robot, or a template. A licence is for your own use on terminals you control. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files.

A signal group or Market Insights product is information. It is an opinion, not an instruction to trade, and not a managed service.

Tick Data is a paid request for a file of bars. The price is set by the period you choose, from $1.00. The file is what you paid for.

Some products also appear on the MQL5 Market. A purchase there is with MetaQuotes, under MQL5 terms. It is not a purchase from this store.

Direct store payments go through Paynow. Zimbabwean payers can use mobile money or a card, as offered at checkout. Access starts when payment is confirmed, not when you tap Buy.

Subscriptions renew by a new payment. Mobile money cannot be charged in the background. Stop or resume renewing from Account. If a period ends and is not paid, access pauses after a short grace window. See Refunds for duplicate payments and failed delivery.

You keep every trade decision. Files, templates, and groups do not replace your own judgement, your broker rules, or the law where you live. Read the Risk notice before you use any product.

We can update products, prices, and these terms. The date at the top of this page is when this text last changed. A purchase already completed stays under the terms that applied when payment confirmed, except where a later change is required by law.
