Installation

Files live in Account after payment confirms. MT5 on a computer is required for indicators, EA robots, templates, and risk tools. Groups do not install.

Updated August 2026

Get the files

  1. Sign in and open Account. Downloads sit in the first block.
  2. Tap the file name. Links expire. If one fails, open it again from Account.
  3. A license key, if the product has one, sits under Licenses on the same page and in the fulfilment email.

Open the MT5 data folder

  1. In MT5, open File, then Open Data Folder.
  2. Open the MQL5 folder. That is where Indicators, Experts, and Templates live.
  3. Copy the file into the folder that matches it, then restart MT5 or refresh Navigator.

We ship compiled .ex5 files, not source. MT4 is not supported.

Indicators

  1. Copy the .ex5 into MQL5/Indicators.
  2. In Navigator, right click Indicators and choose Refresh if the file does not appear.
  3. Drag it onto a chart.
  4. If it asks for a license key, paste the key from Account. The first successful check binds that MT5 login.

EA robots

  1. Copy the .ex5 into MQL5/Experts.
  2. Drag it onto a chart.
  3. Turn on Algo Trading on the MT5 toolbar.
  4. In the EA settings, allow live trading. If it asks to allow a web request, add this store's address under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors.
  5. Leave the computer on. An EA on a closed laptop is not running.

A .set file, if one is included, loads from the EA Inputs tab. Risk limits in a preset are settings you chose. They are not a managed stop from us, because you run the file.

Templates

  1. Install the matching indicator first. A template without it will not look like the product page.
  2. Copy the .tpl into MQL5/Profiles/Templates.
  3. On the chart, open Templates, then Load, and pick the file.

Risk tools

Install the .ex5 the same way as an indicator or an EA, as the product page states. Attach it, then set the daily limit you want. It does not trade for you.

What does not install in MT5

Signal groups and Market Insights run on a phone or in the browser. Signals covers those. Tick Data is a file we send after a request. Tick Data covers that.
