What we collect
Email address, for sign in and for order mail. If you use Google, we receive the verified email and name Google provides. We do not store your Google profile photo.
A hash of your password when you set one. We never store the password itself.
Phone number, when you pay with mobile money or save it on Account. The wallet number a payment was made from belongs to you, not to a single order, so a later renewal can use it.
Order, payment, entitlement, and licence records. We need those to prove a purchase, issue files, and check a licence.
Technical session data, such as a signed cookie, so you stay signed in on that browser.
What we do not collect
We do not store card numbers. Paynow handles card and mobile money checkout. We do not receive buyer identity from MQL5 Market sales.
Who sees it
Paynow sees what it needs to collect a payment. Google sees what it needs if you choose Google sign in. Hosting and mail providers see what they need to run the site and send a sign in, verification, reset, or fulfilment message.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them to promise a trading result.
How long we keep it
Account and order records stay while the account exists, and as long as we must keep payment evidence. Session cookies expire. Sign in links expire in 15 minutes and work once. Verification and password reset links expire in 1 hour and work once.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and let you reopen a payment. Analytics stay off unless you switch them on. We do not set advertising cookies. Details and the setting are on Cookies.
Your choices
You can sign out on Account, including from other devices. You can change or set a password on Account, or use Forgot password. To change a phone number, use Account or complete a new checkout with the number you want stored.
To ask us to remove an account, write from the email you sign in with. We will remove what we can. Payment and licence records we must retain for disputes will stay as required.
