Refunds

If Paynow confirms a payment and we do not deliver the file, licence, or group invite you paid for, we fix the delivery or refund.

If a duplicate payment happens on the same order, we refund the extra payment. You do not have to discover that yourself and then guess who to ask.

If money left your wallet or card and the order never reached a confirmed payment, use the order status page first. The pending attempt is still polled. If the money moved and delivery still failed, that is a refund or a delivery, not a closed case.

Once a file is available to download, or a group invite is issued, the purchase is complete. Change of mind, unused files, and results that differ from a backtest are not grounds for a refund. Backtests are not live results. See the risk notice.

You can stop renewing from Account, or by not paying the next period. If you stop from Account, reminders stop and access continues to the end of the period you already paid. If you simply do not pay, a short grace window still applies, then access pauses. We do not prorate a period that has already started, unless the law where you live requires it or we failed to deliver access you paid for.

A purchase on the MQL5 Market is with MetaQuotes. Refunds and activations follow MQL5 rules. We cannot refund that payment from this store.

Open Account and use the email you sign in with, quoting the order reference. Keep the Paynow or mobile money receipt. We match refunds to payment evidence, not to a screenshot of a chart.
